Kubernetes Misconfiguration: Missing Garbage Collection Threshold

Abstract

終了したポッドのガベージコレクションをアクティブ化するためのしきい値が指定されていません。

Explanation

Kubernetes コントローラーは、ガベージコレクションを開始して、終了したポッドの数がしきい値を超えたときに、そのポッドが占有していたリソースを再利用します。ガベージコレクションが多すぎるとパフォーマンスが低下しますが、デフォルトのしきい値である 12500 は、一般的なクラスターには高すぎます。ガベージコレクションが発生する前に、クラスターのリソースが不足し、不安定になる可能性があります。

例 1: 次の設定では、しきい値を指定せずに Kubernetes コントローラーマネージャーを起動します。
