アプリケーションは非推奨かつ安全でない BinaryFormatter クラスを有効にします。
Explanation
.NET では、BinaryFormatter クラスを使用して、オブジェクトを、オブジェクト自体と、デシリアライズ中にオブジェクトを再構築するために必要なメタデータの両方を含むバイナリ ストリームに変換することができます。

BinaryFormatter クラスを使用すると、攻撃者が任意のコードを実行したり、アプリケーション ロジックを悪用したり、Denial of Service 状態をトリガーしたりする可能性のある、安全でないデシリアライゼーション シナリオを引き起こす可能性があります。
