GCP Terraform Misconfiguration: Google Project Network Access Control

Abstract

Terraform 配置允许自动创建具有弱访问控制的项目范围网络。

Explanation

默认情况下，新的 Google Cloud 项目会优先使用项目范围网络。默认网络预先填充有防火墙规则，这些规则允许同一项目中的所有 Compute Engine 实例之间进行无限制通信，并会向公众公开所有实例的安全敏感端口。受影响的端口包括 TCP 22 (SSH) 和 TCP 3389 (RDP)。任何保护不充分的实例都容易受到未经授权的访问。
