GCP Terraform Misconfiguration: Google Project Network Access Control

Abstract

Terraform 組態允許自動建立具有低強度存取控制的專案層級網路。

Explanation

依預設，新的 Google Cloud 專案會從專案層級網路開始。預設網路會預先填入防火牆規則，這些規則允許同一專案中的 Compute Engine 執行個體之間進行無限制的通訊，並將所有執行個體的安全敏感連接埠暴露於公眾之中。受影響的連接埠包括 TCP 22 (SSH) 和 TCP 3389 (RDP)。任何保護不足的執行個體都容易受到未經授權的存取。
