AWS Ansible Misconfiguration: Missing CloudTrail Log Validation

Abstract

Ansible 工作將定義一個沒有完整性驗證的 CloudTrail 記錄檔。

Explanation

依預設，CloudTrail 記錄檔驗證會停用，進而導致調查人員無法確認 CloudTrail 記錄檔並未遭到外部竄改。

如此一來，具有必要權限的攻擊者將能執行有害的組態變更，並透過修改 CloudTrail 記錄來隱藏所做的變更。

範例 1：以下 Ansible 工作設定一個沒有記錄檔完整性驗證的 CloudTrail 組態，因為缺少 enable_log_file_validation 參數。
